In a recent intervention, members of the ADT - Animal Disaster Team responded to the emergency call from a shelter for a turtledove trapped in a critical situation. The bird was trapped between a wire fence and the glass windows of a church in Beloeil, requiring urgent intervention for its survival.

On Tuesday evening, following a call for help, the team hurried to the scene, fully aware of the gravity of the situation. The turtledove, unable to free itself, was in danger of a tragic end if it was not rescued promptly. With caution, the ADT members managed to get the bird out of this delicate trap, thus avoiding the animal's death.

Despite the difficulties encountered, the turtledove was lucky. Although she suffered from a slight leg fracture, her overall condition is stable. To ensure her full recovery, she has been entrusted to the expert care of the Perwez CREAVES, where she will receive the necessary treatments before regaining her freedom in heaven.
The turtledove is now in good hands, with encouraging prospects for its recovery and return to wildlife.
